We are fortunate to live in and welcome you, to share one of the world’s best secrets and our wee place of paradise
Some beautiful areas for walking, running and cycling. Lake Ruataniwha is a 5min walk. Town center and Market Place are a 30min leisure walk or 5min drive
Check out time of 10am is strict so we can ensure cleaning is completed before check in time. A late check out fee will be charged if you depart after 10am unless a late check out is arranged prior.
Checking out after 11AM means you incur a full days fee.
A fee of $100.00 will be charged to you as the guest if we are called out to the premises after business hours ( Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday- Friday) unless deemed not liable by our technician.
This will be charged and paid in full prior to your departure or on arrival to the callout. As banking deposits can take up to more than 48hours to be processed.
Smoking inside is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
